May 11, 2019: Featuring the 4 pm Symphony Orchestra Performance of Joseph Curiale’s “Joy”, the World Premiere performance TMYO alumnus, Tucker Johnson’s “Jetfuel”, our Concerto Competition winner, Alex Heidt’s performed Mendelssohn’s Violin Concerto in E Minor Op. 64, and the Symphony Orchestra finished the concert with the Overture to “The Magic Flute” – Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, conducted by Emily Monroe, and the Symphony No. 9 “New World” – Antonin Dvorak. At the end of the concert, Dr. Wiedrich honored our graduating seniors – we wish our amazing graduates the best of luck on their future endeavors.
